Who they were
In the same place [Caesarea in Palestine], the passion of Saint Theodosia, virgin of Tyre, who in the same persecution, having publicly greeted the holy confessors of the faith who stood before the tribunal and asked them to remember her when they came to the Lord, was seized by the soldiers and brought before the governor, by whose order she was tortured with atrocious torments and finally thrown into the sea.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 2 April as a virgin of Tyre who greeted the confessors before the tribunal at Caesarea and was tortured and thrown into the sea.
