Theodosius the Cenobiarch

Who they were
In a hermitage of Judea, Saint Theodosius the Cenobiarch: a friend of Saint Sabas, after a long solitary life he gathered many disciples and practised the common life in monasteries he himself built, until, after suffering much for the Catholic faith, he rested in the peace of Christ at the age of a hundred.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 11 January as the founder of monasteries in Judea, friend of Saint Sabas, who died at a hundred.
