Who they were
Thomas Palaser of Yorkshire was ordained at Valladolid in 1596. He was arrested in the house of John Norton near Lamesley, County Durham.
He was condemned for being a priest and Norton and John Talbot for helping him; they could have saved their lives by conforming but would not. They were executed at Durham on 9 August 1600.
