Tomás Morales Morales

Who they were

Tomás Morales Morales was born at Carrizal de Ingenio in the Canary Islands on 12 July 1907, made perpetual vows and was ordained priest in 1931. He taught Greek and Hebrew and gave catechism to the young; he was killed in the night between 30 and 31 August 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him on 18 June 2022.
