Who they were

A novice of the Hospitaller Order of St John of God, born on 7 March 1903 at Echarri in the province of Navarre; as he was about to be shot he cried aloud 'Long live Christ the King'. He died on 30 July 1936 with the community of the novitiate house at Calafell. He was beatified on 25 October 1992 by John Paul II, among Braulio María Corres, Federico Rubio and sixty-nine companions of the Hospitaller Order of St John of God.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

The Roman Martyrology names him among the Hospitaller martyrs of Spain.
