A student of the Order of Friars Minor, born on 11 November 1915 at Tablada de Villadiego near Burgos. He had not made his solemn vows, not yet being of the age required by canon law.
He was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI, one of Víctor Chumillas Fernández and his twenty-one companions of the Order of Friars Minor.
