Who they were
The commemoration of Saint Zeno, bishop of Maiuma in Palestine, who built a basilica for the holy martyrs Eusebius, Nestabus and Zeno, his cousins, and until the end of his life practised the trade of a weaver to earn his food and to give help to the poor.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 26 December as the bishop of Maiuma in Palestine who built a basilica for his martyred cousins and worked as a weaver to the end of his life to feed himself and help the poor.
