Who they were
Born at Avilés on 22 October 1912, he entered the minor seminary of Valdediós in 1923 and then moved to the major seminary of Oviedo, where he was preparing for his second year of theology. Pope Francis beatified him with Ángel Cuartas Cristóbal and his eight companions on 9 March 2019.
