Who they were
Eliseo María Fontdecava Quiroga was born on 12 May 1891 at Port-Bou in Girona and gave himself to God by temporary vows in 1935; he was given the work of the kitchen and of collecting alms.
He was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI, among Ángel María Prat Hostench and his sixteen companions of the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel, killed in 1936.
