Who they were
Born at Pajares de la Lampreana in the province of Zamora on 28 August 1889, he taught in the colleges of Vergara, La Felguera and Las Caldas de Besaya, and the Dicastery's account says he gave his whole life to teaching. He was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI with Enrique Izquierdo Palacios and 13 companions of the Order of Preachers.
