Henry Abbot was an English layman. He was one of four Catholics - with the priest William Andleby and the laymen Thomas Warcop and Edward Fulthrop - who were put to death for their faith at York on 4 July 1597.
Pius XI declared him Blessed among the martyrs of England on 15 December 1929.
