Who they were
Born at Muñón Cimero on 9 May 1915, he entered the minor seminary of Valdediós in 1927 and then moved to the major seminary of Oviedo, where he was finishing his first year of theology. Pope Francis beatified him with Ángel Cuartas Cristóbal and his eight companions on 9 March 2019.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
