In the city of Nangong, also in Hebei, Saint Joseph Wang Kuiju, martyr, who in the same persecution, rejecting the temptation to save his life with a slight lie, preferred a glorious death for Christ.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 13 July as a martyr of the Boxer persecution at Nangong who refused to save his life with a slight lie.
