Who they were
Leoncio Pérez Nebreda was a priest of the Congregation of the Mission, born at Villarmentero near Burgos on 18 March 1895 and ordained on 10 August 1921. He was killed at Oliete, near Teruel, on 2 August 1936. Pope Francis beatified him on 13 October 2013, among the martyrs of Fortunato Velasco Tobar and thirteen companions of the Congregation of the Mission.
