Who they were
Miguel María Soler Sala was born at Olot in Girona on 15 March 1919 and pronounced his temporary vows in 1935; when the persecution broke out he was studying philosophy with the priesthood in view.
He was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI, among Ángel María Prat Hostench and his sixteen companions of the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel, killed in 1936.
