Commemoration of Saint Valerius, bishop of Zaragoza in Spain, who took part in the first Council of Elvira and, taken to Valencia together with Saint Vincent, was sent into exile.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
