Who they were

A married laywoman, born on 5 August 1884, who in 1927 married Ezequiel Aguadé Soler; she sheltered Simó Reynés Solivellas, Miquel Pons Ramis and Francesc Mayol Oliver so that they could reach safety and nursed Francesc Mayol after his attackers wounded him, and on 23 July 1936 she was shot together with Brother Pau, Sister Catharina and Sister Miquela.

She was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Benedict XVI, in the cause of Simó Reynés Solivellas and his companions.

As a martyr she was raised to the altars without a miracle.

The decree on martyrdom names her among the Servants of God held at once to be martyrs of the faith.
